Scope
This policy covers how Heart Global treats the personal information that it collects in any manner, including via phone, by mail, at Heart Global and through the Heart Global website.
This policy may also cover information collected and used by Heart Global via third party social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube, either generally or through Heart Global’s branded pages (collectively with Heart Global’s website, the "Websites").

Personal Information

Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable such as your name, address, email address, or phone number, or other information that is not otherwise publicly available, including information related to your usage of Heart Global’s products and services.

You may visit and browse Heart Global’s websites as often as you like without logging in and no personal information about your visit will be collected.

While you are logged into your Heart Global account to purchase products or services, or use other online services, you are not anonymous to us online. Heart Global collects personal information when you make a purchase or a contribution online, register an account, utilize our network, request information about our products and services, participate in a promotion or an online survey, or contact Heart Global with a question or suggestion.

If you purchase products or other services via Heart Global websites, we will additionally collect your credit card information. Such information will be stored by Heart Global for customer service purposes in accordance with payment card industry best practices until the later of the last performance date in your order or ninety (90) days from the completion of your transaction.

First and foremost, Heart Global uses any information you provide to us to provide you with products and services that you opt into and utilize, such as merchandise purchases, workshops, newsletter subscriptions and other specifically requested information and activities. In addition, we may perform (or have third parties perform) analyses of visitors' behavior, and may share data with sponsors, advertisers, and collaborators.

Certain workshops at Heart Global may be produced or presented by third parties. When you make a purchase to a workshop presented or produced by one of these third party organizations, Heart Global may provide them with information regarding your purchase. This information may include, but shall not be limited to, your name, address, telephone number and email address, as well as details of your purchase, which may include, but shall not be limited to, the date of purchase, any offer you responded to, and the dollar amount of your transaction.

Children under the age of 13 must ask their parents or guardians for permission to use our website. Any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 that unknowingly appears on the Heart Global site will be deleted.

​
The Heart Global website is intended for individuals within the United States. If you are located in the European Union, Heart Global will, to the extent of its knowledge of your location, process your data only to the extent necessary to provide services or products that you have purchased or otherwise opted into receiving.
