you're about to experience a Heart Global E-Workshop
Here are a few instructions you'll need in order to be ready for your workshop.
ENVIRONMENT:

Ensure your physical environment is spacious and safe enough for movement.

Adjust your room lighting to illuminate your face and immediate proximity.
TECH CHECK:

Check your device video settings and ensure that your camera can fully show you in a standing position.

Check your device audio settings and be familiar with how to adjust volume and mute.

Make sure your Zoom application is updated to the most recent version (download at: https://zoom.us/download).

Make sure your device is either plugged in or fully charged before you start.

Ensure your internet environment is adequate (see: https://www.speedtest.net). Recommended speed is at least 1.5 Mbps upload/download.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
SECURITY & PRIVACY:

We want to do everything we can to facilitate a safe and secure teaching experience for your workshop. To do this, it is important to be sure that your Zoom Display Name matches the registered workshop participant name. For instance, if you are using someone else's Zoom account, or your Display Name doesn't match the full name of the participant, we would like to ask you to change it for security and privacy purposes.

You can change your Zoom Display Name by:

Logging into your Zoom account either in the app or on the Zoom website.

Next, you can click the profile picture at the top right. It should be a picture of you (or the Zoom account holder) or a blank circle if a profile picture has not been uploaded.

From there, you can click EDIT next to your name.

Finally, change the Display Name field to match the name you registered with. Click SAVE CHANGES, and you're all set!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the event. To cancel your registration, please email eWorkshops@HeartGlobal.org to request a cancellation.
In the unfortunate event that Heart Global must cancel or reschedule a workshop, we will communicate with you as soon as possible and process refunds for registration fees paid in the event of cancellation. On average, refunds take 3-8 business days to be returned to your original form of payment. Please visit our website for other upcoming workshop options.
