Kimiko graduated from Japan Women's University and joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 1984 where her primary focus was student recruitment support projects at educational institutions, responsible for sales, product planning, personnel training, and business management. She has since joined the Jibun Mirai Club team, an organization dedicated to youth development. Kimiko's other passions include her studies of natural remedies and lecturing at university extension centers.
