HOW TO WATCH
☑ STEP 1: REGISTER BY MAY 10TH

More than 300 devices and 700 people from all over the world will join the World Watch Party!
Due to limited capacity and for security reasons, you must register for the WWP even if you already registered for Project1 as a team.
You only need 1 registration per device. If a group of people will be watching from 1 device (computer, tablet, phone), only 1 representative from that group needs to register. There is no limit to the number of people who can watch from one device.
The maximum number of registrations/devices is 800. We will take inquiries on a first-come and first-served basis. We will close registration when we reach 800 completed registrations.

Registration closes at midnight May 10th. So you have until 11:59pm PDT on May 10 to register. Any registration submitted after that time will not be accepted.
To register, you will need:

A valid email address. It’s where we’ll send the watch link!

To know your team’s name. If you don’t know your team name, please check here.
STEP 2: LOOK FOR THE UPDATED MEETING LINK IN YOUR EMAIL.
The Project 1 WWP will now be held via Zoom. (not webex) A new meeting link has been sent to your registration email. Please reach out to project1@heartglobal.org if you have not received this yet.

If you've already installed the zoom app, you can simply click the meeting link in your email to join the WWP.

Joining the Meeting

To join the WWP, simply click the meeting link in your email.

Note - After clicking your zoom link, you will be asked if you would like to open the app. Please click “open Zoom.” The app will automatically open.

You can also join the meeting manually by opening the Zoom app and choosing “Join a meeting.” You may then enter the meeting ID and passcode sent in the same email that contains the link.

Due to limited capacity and for security reasons, please do not forward your invite link to anyone.

FAQ

I already registered for the World Watch Party. Now that we're switching to Zoom, do I need to register again?"No. You only need to register for the World Watch Party once. Anyone who has registered should now have the updated Zoom link in their email inbox. So if you received that Zoom link, there's no need to register again.

Can we watch all the submitted videos at the WWP?The master video with a combination of about 50 teams will be premiered. Each team’s video will be uploaded on YouTube after the WWP.

Can I share my Zoom invite link?No. Due to limited capacity and for security reasons, ONLY those who have registered may join. Please do not forward your invite link to anyone.

Can multiple people attend the WWP from one device?Of course! There is no limit of the maximum number for one device. In fact, to help manage limited capacity, we’d love for you to bring together as many watchers per device as is safe given your local COVID-19 safety protocols. Please be sure to take special care concerning social distancing measures and follow all local mandates. If it is safe to do so, celebrate the watch party with your family and/or your team members watching on one big screen!

I’ll be watching with a group. Does each individual in the group need to register separately?No. Please only have 1 representative from the watch-group register.
